Each event to us is totally unique and different from the last one, so before we meet with you, we ask all couples to please complete our (quite intensive) wedding questionnaire. This is a detailed breakdown of all aspects of your wedding from starting off with your overall concept, look and feel of the day to ceremony detail, gift and cake table requirements, reception décor and lighting. And also covers what linen you may need, types of candles from tea lights to pillar and dinner candles, and even includes what confetti you wish your guests to throw as nowadays it can be anything from the traditional fresh rose petals to popcorn, paper planes and our personal favourite dried hydrangea confetti. Once we receive your completed event or wedding questionnaire , and after we’ve browsed through your array of inspirational ideas/images, we then set to work making your vision come to life. We take care of areas of your wedding from setting out the ceremony detail and flowers, to folding napkins, erecting lighting to placing guest name cards.

A full service of décor and floral design assists you with:

  • Event Concept Design and décor
  • Floral detail and on the day styling
  • Post event breakdown of décor and flowers
  • Printing and stationery
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Wedding and event consulting
  • Sourcing unique pieces
Our events are known for being unique and beautiful (just like you), with a splash of vintage and a touch of rustic. We look forward to creating something beautiful for you which will allow you as a couple to relax and enjoy your most precious day. We require a R5000 non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date, and once we receive confirmation of booking, our services will include:

  • One venue visit to both the ceremony and reception venue’s within a 50Km radius from CT
  • Two consultations whereby we sit, drink coffee and plan your day to the finest detail. For our overseas couples, we can also arrange consultations over Skype
  • Three changes to the initial breakdown (any further changes will be charged for at R200)
  • Full on-the-day set up and styling of all décor and floral detail, and post event breakdown
  • Sourcing of items we may not stock and handling the logistics’ of the collection/delivery/breakdown. (Please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any hired or sourced items once we have left the venue areas.)
  • Suggestions on table floor plans and layouts
